Michael Webb

Michael Webb is currently the Vice President of Permit Technology at ProMiles Software Development Corporation, where they have contributed over 17 years of expertise in developing top-tier permitting solutions for the private sector. Previously, they served as VP of Government Affairs at ProMiles from 2004 to 2020, where they played a key role in creating the TxPROS system, the nation's first real-time electronic permitting program. Before that, from 1996 to 2004, they were the Director of Transportation Services at LexisNexis VitalChek Network Inc., providing support to numerous government agencies across the United States. Michael holds a background in specialized transportation and has education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
