Steven Todd serves as the Executive Vice President of Permitting at ProMiles Software Development Corporation since June 2021. Previously, Steven held positions as Vice President and Director of Advocacy at the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association from December 2012 to September 2020, where responsibilities included identifying and communicating organizational positions to regulators and stakeholders. Prior experience includes a role as Permit Chief at the Illinois Department of Transportation from 2002 to 2012.
