Liat Kleinert

Liat Kleinert has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR roles. Since 2019, they have been the Human Resources Director at Fluence Corporation. From 2005 to 2019, Kleinert served as the VP of Human Resources at Promisec. Prior to that, they worked at Etgar Human Resources as the HR Recruiting- Central District Manager from 2002 to 2005. From 2000 to 2002, they held the position of VP at Reshet Gan VeGam - Makom Shir. Kleinert started their career at Tomeshin as the Human Resources Manager and Training Coordinator from 1995 to 1997.

Liat Kleinert obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 1994 and 1996. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the University of Derby from 2002 to 2006. In 2015, Liat completed a Human Resources Labor Law Certificate from Lahav Executive Education.
