Adam Ball

Adam Ball has over 25 years of experience in the technology and payments industry. Adam began their career in 1992 with domestic and international consulting roles, utilizing their knowledge of agribusiness and tourism development. In 1999, they joined Vodafone Ireland as a Product Manager, where they managed Value Added Voice and increased Voicemail revenues from €4 to €9m in two years. In 2003, they moved to Vodafone Group as a Global Product Manager, managing a product team in Düsseldorf and a network of local product teams across Europe, USA and Japan. In 2006, they joined VocaLink as Head of Payments Access, where they managed a portfolio of gateway solutions for FPS and Bacs. In 2010, they were promoted to Head of Mobile and was responsible for the delivery and management of VocaLink’s mobile portfolio. In 2015, they joined ACI Worldwide as Client Service Director, where they oversaw significant projects with key customers, resourced project teams, managed revenues, and provided internal governance. In 2018, they joined Prommt as Managing Director UK and then CEO, where they set up and managed Recurring Payment Plans with automated customer communications.

Adam Ball attended University College Dublin from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics.
