Promont is a development management and construction management firm founded in 2000.

Over the years, we have refined how we operate across different delivery models, whether serving as Development Manager, Construction Manager, or General Contractor. That evolution came from experience, not theory, and from seeing firsthand where projects tend to break down.
The core issue is rarely execution alone. It is the disconnect between development decisions and construction realities.
Promont exists to bridge that gap.
Our platform is built around early involvement, continuity, and accountability. We work with owners at the front end of a project to help shape scope, budget, sequencing, and risk, and we remain involved through construction to ensure those decisions hold up in the field. The same team that helps frame the strategy is responsible for carrying it through.
Depending on project needs, we operate as a Development Manager and Construction Manager, or as a standalone Construction Manager or General Contractor. Regardless of role, our approach remains the same: align development intent with buildable execution, reduce unnecessary handoffs, and protect the asset as decisions compound.
Sustainability, regulatory compliance, and technology are integrated into our process, not treated as add-ons. Our in-house expertise in ESG compliance and building performance helps projects navigate evolving requirements, while our use of BIM supports coordination, clarity, and risk reduction long before work begins onsite.
