Promprylad Foundation is Ukraine’s living blueprint for community-led, human-centred recovery — a space where innovation in culture, economy, and education drives national renewal.

Russia’s full-scale invasion has shattered lives and livelihoods, leaving millions displaced, families under extreme pressure, and veterans facing trauma and disability. Amid this crisis, one truth is clear: recovery begins with people — with those who are not waiting for peace, but building Ukraine’s future now.

Promprylad Foundation offers a compelling vision for young Ukrainians to stay in Ukraine, a path to entrepreneurship for women, a place to heal for veterans, and a new start for displaced people. Since 2022, we have directly supported more than 30,000 people, created over 600 jobs, and helped launch more than 60 businesses. Promprylad has become a national model of community resilience — a hub where civic society, business, and local authorities build and innovate together.

What began as the adaptive reuse of a historic industrial plant in Ivano-Frankivsk has grown into Ukraine’s most dynamic engine of cultural, educational, and economic transformation. This proven model is scalable, replicable, and ready to inspire communities across the country.
Ukraine’s recovery begins with people.

And Promprylad is where they create their future.

Join us in shaping a new Ukraine — here, and now.
