Brad Schiller

Brad Schiller has worked in various roles since 2007. Brad began their career at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst and worked their way up to Engagement Manager. In 2011, they joined Airware as a Founding Team Member and VP Operations & Business Development. In 2013, they founded Beacon Ventures LLC, an independent consulting firm. From 2014 to 2022, they served as Co-founder & CEO of Prompt, a writing coaching and academic literacy instruction company. Currently, they are Co-founder & CEO of Cogent, a company that helps people and companies communicate effectively in the workplace.

Brad Schiller received their Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Management Science with a concentration in Operations Research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2007. In 2013, they attended Y Combinator.
