Barb Smith is the COO and Co-Founder of Prompt.io, a company that provides a platform for businesses to automate their customer interactions. Barb has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles, overseeing operations, legal, and finance departments. Prior to Prompt.io, Barb was the VP of Operations at the company, and before that they served as the Corporate Secretary at Jawfish Games Inc. Barb has also worked as a Financial Analyst at Expert Insight LLC and as a Partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, where they were actively involved in recruiting, mentoring, and the award-winning BLG Reads to Kids program.
