Arpan Jha has extensive work experience in the field of technology and strategy. Arpan co-founded JobsPikr in 2017 and currently holds the role of Co-Founder. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Strategy Officer at PromptCloud, a leading provider of enterprise-grade Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) solutions. At PromptCloud, they played a key role in web data acquisition and custom feed creation for clients.
Before joining PromptCloud, Arpan worked at KPMG as a Consultant from June 2011 to April 2012. Prior to KPMG, they held the position of Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte from September 2009 to March 2011. In this role, Arpan worked as a Functional Consultant in SAP process area, where they managed database design and an RM tool called Serena. Arpan also owned the deliverable for Public Sector Collections and Disbursements (PSCD) Financials Interfaces.
Arpan's early career experience includes working as a Consultant at PwC from July 2007 to July 2008. During their time at PwC, they played a key role in large SAP implementation projects as a module lead for Plant Maintenance and Customer Services. Arpan was involved in various aspects of the projects, including requirements development and management, blueprinting, implementation, testing, and support.

Arpan Jha's education history begins in 1998 with their attendance at D.A.V Mogappair, where they completed their secondary education. From 2003 to 2007, Arpan Jha studied at the BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell and earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Following this, they pursued their Master's degree in Software Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, attending from 2008 to 2009.
In 2011, Arpan Jha obtained a Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance. Additionally, they have certifications in "Intro to CMMI-DEV-v 1.3" from SEI and "SAP-Financials-Associate Level" from SAP.
Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Arpan Jha attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they completed the Stanford Seed Transformation Program and obtained a certificate in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
