Jenaca McDonald

Jenaca McDonald has been in the workforce since 2014. Jenaca began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Select Health Insurance. In 2016, they became a Server at The Huddle. In 2017, they joined Thumbtack as an Account Executive, On-boarding and Success Specialist, and Customer Support. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Sales Development Representative at Pronto. Throughout their career, they have helped customers understand their insurance plans, served guests food and alcoholic beverages, reached out to professionals to qualify them to work with Thumbtack, and provided one-on-one profile consultations to help Thumbtack professionals achieve their goals.
