Ugis Springis

Ugis Springis has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ugis started their career as a Programmer at Lattelekom in 1993, and went on to become a System Analyst and then a Project Manager within the company. In 2000, they joined IT Alise Ltd as a Project Manager, and later transitioned into roles such as Internet Technology SW Development Manager and Software Development Department Manager. In 2004, Ugis Springis founded Proof IT and served as a Board Member, focusing on Insurance solutions. In 2005, they became a Board Member at Virtus IT SIA, and held the position until 2016.

Ugis Springis obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Latvijas Universitate between 1995 and 2000. In 2004, they enrolled at Riga Business School to pursue an MBA, but no end year is provided.
