Chris McFee

Chris McFee is a skilled freelance editor and proofreader currently working with Forword Editing and Proofreading since June 2022 and with Proofed since September 2022. In these roles, Chris specializes in editing and proofreading business, corporate, and academic documents, with proficiency in various English dialects and a focus on balancing the needs of English as an Additional Language (EAL) writers. Prior to this, Chris served as a Police Constable with the Vancouver Police Department from May 1992 to June 2022, where responsibilities included preparing investigative reports and editing documents for peers. Chris holds an Associate's degree in Criminology from Douglas College and is pursuing a Certificate in Editing from Simon Fraser University, expected to be completed in December 2023.
