Heather Chatten has an extensive work experience spanning several decades. Heather currently works as the Chief People Officer at ProofID since January 2023. Prior to this role, at BakeMark, they served as the Employment Development Manager from January 1998 to June 2000. In this role, Heather led the relocation of a manufacturing facility and managed a restructuring program to reset the cost base of the business.

Heather's career began at Unilever in 1990, where they held various roles. Heather worked as a Remuneration Projects Manager from January 1997 to December 1997. Before this, they worked as an HR Business Partner from February 1993 to December 1996 and from February 1992 to January 1993. In between these roles, Heather also worked as a UCMDS Management Trainee from September 1990 to January 1992.

Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated expertise in understanding client needs, presenting commercial solutions, and driving reward and performance management. Heather also has experience in management development, leadership coaching, and organization development.

Heather Chatten earned their Bachelor's Degree in BA Joint Honours in French and German from Durham University. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Alliance Manchester Business School between 1999 and 2002.
