With over ten years of experience, Lauren has developed and executed targeted recruitment and retention strategies while managing vendor relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. They have previously held key roles at Takeda and PatientsLikeMe, focusing on improving patient experiences and integrating underrepresented groups into clinical development.
