Alex Bloom

Alex Bloom is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee management and operational efficiency. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner III at Proofpoint since June 2019, Alex has previously held roles such as Human Resources Business Partner II and Human Resources Generalist within the same company. Prior to Proofpoint, Alex worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Assistant, where responsibilities included managing a 250+ vehicle fleet and improving customer service scores significantly. Experience also includes serving as an Assistant Store Manager at Kohl's Department Stores and interning at both Kohl's and Penn State Smeal College of Business. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University, with a minor in the Legal Environment of Business.
