Alison Siekmann (Mattey) is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in commercial contracting and privacy matters. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Proofpoint, Alison excels in negotiating and drafting strategic contracts while leading initiatives on artificial intelligence and data privacy compliance, with expertise in GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA/CPRA regulations. Previous roles include Deputy General Counsel at Olive, where Alison managed a legal team during significant company growth, and General Counsel at Sovrn Holdings, focusing on compliance and contract management.
