With over 15 years of experience, Andrew has helped B2B companies enhance growth and profitability by leveraging AI to create personalized customer experiences. A founding member of Cisco's CX organization, Andrew led its digital transformation and adoption of AI. As a certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), Andrew has won 12 International Customer Experience Awards and serves on the board of the Strategic AI program at the University of San Francisco.
