Daniel Richmond has extensive experience in customer success and service delivery, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for EMEA & APAC at Proofpoint since July 2018. Prior to this role, Daniel held various positions at BMC Software from January 2013 to July 2018, including Director of Global Customer Success and Director of Premier Support for EMEA & APAC. Daniel also worked at OrderWork Ltd from November 2006 to January 2013 as Services Director and Head of Customer Success.
