David Anderson possesses extensive experience in service reliability engineering and IT support, having worked at Proofpoint since November 2015 in various roles, including Staff Service Reliability Engineer, where responsibilities include leading a new Belfast section of the global operations team and managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
