Eric Pfefferle

Eric Pfefferle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical account management and support. Eric has been with Proofpoint since July 2003, progressing through various roles including Principal Technical Account Manager, Staff Technical Account Manager, Senior Technical Account Manager, and Senior Technical Support Engineer. Prior to Proofpoint, Eric held the position of Manager of Technical Customer Support at Fast Forward in 2003 and served as Director of Information Systems at Tegg Corporation from 1999 to 2003. Eric's earlier career includes roles such as Advanced Member of Technical Staff at Transarc Corporation and various positions at Bell Atlantic, Bell Communications Research, and Bellcore. Eric holds a Master of Science in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
