Ferdinando Mancini

Ferdinando Mancini is a seasoned professional in sales engineering and cybersecurity with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of Southern Europe & Israel Sales Engineering at Proofpoint since March 2022, Ferdinando leads a team of 20 Sales Engineers focusing on large enterprise cybersecurity opportunities in Southern Europe and Israel. Prior to Proofpoint, Ferdinando held various directorial positions at Forcepoint, where responsibilities included global Sales Engineering Programs and operations, as well as oversight of the Middle East and Africa sales regions. Ferdinando's career began with roles ranging from Sales Engineer at a startup in Italy to IT Consultant at Accenture, alongside contributions to research and education. Ferdinando holds degrees in Telecommunications Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and is currently pursuing executive coaching to refine leadership skills.
