Jon Broz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales engineering, management consulting, and commercial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer at Proofpoint since November 2025, Jon has also held a long-term role as a Senior Manager at the Australian Army since December 2004, overseeing various functions including personnel, IT, training, operations, security, and project management. Prior to joining Proofpoint, Jon worked at Archer Integrated Risk Management as a Senior Pre-sales System Engineer, focusing on organizational GRC requirements, and served as a Management Consultant at Brooke Global from October 2015 to November 2019.
