Leslie Miller is an experienced leader in customer success and community management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success and Enablement at Proofpoint since June 2016. In this role, Leslie leads a team focused on delivering tools and operational processes that enhance customer support through data-driven insights. Prior to Proofpoint, Leslie held multiple positions at Symantec from December 2008 to June 2016, including Sr Manager and Sr Community Manager, successfully managing community engagement for millions of users and coordinating stakeholder programs. Leslie's earlier career also includes significant roles in content strategy and editing with CK Media, Connection Publishing/Novell, and Franklin Covey. Leslie holds a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Creighton University and a BA in English and Economics from the University of Utah.
