Luis Gonzalez

Luis Gonzalez is a corporate counsel at Proofpoint, Inc., with extensive experience managing technology, intellectual property, and commercial transactions for prominent companies in technology, media, and healthcare. Previously, as counsel at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, they represented clients on licensing and commercial exploitation of intellectual property and conducted due diligence for major mergers and acquisitions. Luis graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law with a J.D. and earned a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA. They are currently admitted to practice in California and are based in the Bay Area.
