Mark Cassidy

Mark Cassidy is a finance professional with extensive experience in implementing and managing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial operations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Finance Systems at Proofpoint since July 2020, Mark is responsible for the governance and support of the ERP system (D365 F&O) and overseeing finance systems implementations. Prior roles include Sr. Director of ERP at Gilead Sciences, where Mark developed a global ERP strategy and worked closely with IT leadership on alignment with technology roadmaps. Mark has also held various financial systems and process management positions at Macrovision, eBay, Openwave Systems, Hyperion Solutions, and KPMG. Mark holds an MS in Accounting and an MBA from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Music, Piano Performance from the University of Iowa.
