Michael Frendo

Michael Frendo is currently the Chief Technology Officer, Engineering at Proofpoint, where Michael leads technical and engineering work for product development and integration. Michael also serves as an advisor for Journey, Myplanet, and the University of Colorado Boulder. With extensive experience in companies like Polycom, Infinera, and Avaya, Michael has a strong background in engineering, software, and hardware. Michael holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University, along with a Master's in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Western University.
