Michael Sarmiento

Michael Sarmiento is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in corporate law, specializing in commercial legal affairs and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Director of Commercial Legal at Proofpoint since February 2013, Michael has held various roles within the company, including Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel. Prior to this, legal consultant services were provided to small businesses and startups from February 2012 to January 2013.
