Moshe Abayev

Moshe Abayev is an experienced data science professional currently serving as the Head of Data Science at both Proofpoint and ObserveIT, roles held since January 2020 and March 2019, respectively. In addition to these positions, Moshe is a University Lecturer at Bar-Ilan University, focusing on Big Data and Analytics since 2018. Prior experience includes directing the Data Science practice at Ayehu Software Technologies Ltd. and leading data science initiatives at Deloitte, where responsibilities encompassed advanced analytics to drive business growth. Early in Moshe's career, roles included Assistant Actuary and IT Manager at Ogen Actuarial Consulting. Moshe holds a B.Sc in Mathematics and Statistics from Bar-Ilan University.
