Nirav Thaker

Nirav Thaker is a highly experienced software engineer and entrepreneur with a robust background in scalable distributed systems and enterprise information archival. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Proofpoint, Nirav has also founded CodePurls Software Inc., providing consulting on high-performance solutions utilizing open source technologies. Previous roles include Director of Scalability Architecture at Exiger, where Nirav focused on product replatforming and scaling, and Lead Architect at Outside Intelligence Inc., contributing significantly to a multi-domain risk monitoring system. Nirav has held engineering and architectural positions at prominent organizations such as Sysomos Inc., Autodesk, and Great American Insurance Group, showcasing expertise in building complex software solutions and improving system performance. Nirav holds an MCA in Computer Science from Sardar Patel University and a BBA in Advanced Marketing from Saurashtra University.
