Pruthwi Paluru

Pruthwi Paluru is a seasoned network engineering professional with extensive experience in managing and enhancing network infrastructures across various organizations. Currently serving as a Network SRE at Proofpoint since July 2021, Pruthwi is responsible for ensuring network connectivity in high-density multi-datacenter environments and public cloud AWS, while collaborating with security teams to enhance network security standards. Previously, as a Network Engineer at Shopify, from July 2018 to February 2021, Pruthwi designed solutions for core, edge, and perimeter networks and provided mentorship to operational teams. Prior experience as an Infrastructure Engineer at ThinkOn Inc. involved deploying high availability networks and providing disaster recovery solutions. Pruthwi holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Networks from Ryerson University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
