Raju M. is a seasoned Principal Software Engineer currently at Proofpoint, since September 2019, with extensive experience in application and Layer 7 networking as well as cloud security. Prior to Proofpoint, Raju held several key roles at Juniper Networks from January 2005 to January 2019, including Senior Technical Leader, responsible for architecture and design of Layer 7 security services, and Technical Advisor to the EVP of the Software Solutions Division. Raju's earlier experience includes significant contributions at Nokia Enterprise Solutions and National Remote Sensing Centre of the Indian Space Research Organization, where Raju developed security solutions and real-time system components for satellite data acquisition, respectively. Raju holds an MS in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a degree in Computer Engineering from the Institution of Engineers in Kolkata.
