Rich Gonzalez

Rich Gonzalez is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Director of Emerging Threats at Proofpoint since May 2019, previously holding the position of Senior Manager of Threat Detection. Prior experience includes more than a decade at Motorola Solutions, where roles encompassed Manager of Cyber Defense, Manager of the Security Operations Center, and Information Security Consultant, as well as various information security positions at Motorola from 1998 to 2007. Rich Gonzalez holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and an Associate's degree from Harper College.
