Richard Harrison

Richard Harrison is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in information security and software engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Product Manager at Proofpoint since April 2023, Richard leads the Data Loss Prevention strategy for the company's Information Security Products. Prior to this role, Richard held significant positions at Cisco, including Director of Offer and Product Operations for the Security Business Group, and Senior Manager of Product Management for Cloud Security, where Richard managed the launch of Cisco’s first native DLP solution. Richard's career includes leadership roles at Trustwave, GE Intelligent Platforms, and Invensys, with a strong focus on product development and transformation to Agile methodologies. Richard earned an M.B.A. from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Southeastern Massachusetts University.
