Susan Dickstein

Susan Dickstein has extensive experience in project management and professional services, currently serving as Manager of the Global TPM Team at Proofpoint since March 2013. In this role, Susan ensures clients maximize value from Professional Services engagements, manages team schedules, and implements improvements around Key Performance Indicators. Previously held positions include Senior Technical Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Project Manager, and Coordinator of Professional Services, where responsibilities ranged from managing enterprise customer deployment projects to optimizing internal processes. Prior to Proofpoint, Susan coordinated worldwide operations for Paramount Pictures, managing pre-release screenings and anti-piracy efforts. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
