Zoe Lu

Zoe Lu is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience (UX) design. Currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at Proofpoint since November 2018, Zoe has a history of working with various organizations, including freelance UX design for confidential financial services clients, where Zoe developed enterprise applications for sales and research analysts. Prior roles include Senior User Experience Designer at Infusion, where Zoe translated business requirements into functional designs, and Interaction Designer at SnapOne, Inc., focusing on creating cohesive product experiences across platforms. Earlier career experiences include researcher positions at the National Science Council of Taiwan and the Institute of Applied Mechanics at National Taiwan University, with a foundation in educational design and technology. Zoe holds a Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master’s degree in Agricultural and Extension Education Services from National Taiwan University.
