Erin Doty

Erin Doty, M.Ed., NCC, CCC, currently serves as the People Operations Manager at Proof, where responsibilities include creating training series for managers and designing comprehensive employee onboarding experiences. As the Founder & Facilitator of ShatterStress LLC, Erin aims to empower individuals to honor and release emotions through immersive experiences. Previous roles include Principal Career Counselor at the University of Colorado Denver Business School and Career Counselor at the University of Colorado Boulder, where Erin provided coaching and support for career development. Erin's earlier experience includes a Talent Acquisition Recruiter position at Seagate Technology and various counseling and support roles at multiple educational institutions. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Education and Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Anthropology from Augustana College.
