Zach Posner

Zach Posner serves as the Managing Director at The LegalTech Fund, focusing on investing in companies that transform the legal industry since January 2020. Additionally, Zach holds positions as a Board Member and Investor for several companies, including Proof and Pattern Data, and has made investments in Macro, Qanlex, and SoloSuit. Zach has been a Presidential Leadership Scholar since January 2020, engaging with a network of leaders to drive positive change. Furthermore, Zach has been involved with Innovate for Impact since 2014, investing in companies that have a positive social impact. Zach previously served as a Board Member for Privva, Inc. from 2016 to 2021 and was an Advisory Board Member at Greenspring Associates from January 2018 to January 2020. Zach earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University Bloomington and completed Executive Education at Babson College as part of the Catalyst Program for McGraw-Hill Education.
