Cédric Valade

Cédric Valade has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Cédric is currently the Head of AI at ProovStation since June 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Faurecia from October 2019 to February 2020. From September 2017 to September 2019, Cédric was a Data Scientist and Machine Learning expert at Canon Production Printing. During this time, they explored and analyzed data sources, built predictive models, and implemented machine/deep learning techniques using various tools such as Python, TensorFlow, and Microsoft Azure. Before that, they served as an Imaging Scientist and Lead Technologist, leading technology development programs in the field of 2.5D and 3D printing at Canon Production Printing from October 2013 to September 2017. Cédric also has experience as a Software Engineer and Technical Lead, responsible for software development and implementation of printer controller software at Canon Production Printing from July 2010 to September 2013. Cédric began their career in 2007 as a Software Engineer at Canon Production Printing and later worked as a PhD Researcher and Imaging Scientist at DGA - Direction générale de l'armement from September 2003 to December 2006.

Cédric Valade's education history begins in 1999 when they enrolled at ESIEE PARIS to pursue a Master of Engineering degree in Signal processing and Digital Communications. Cédric completed this program in 2002. The following year, from 2002 to 2003, Cédric Valade continued their studies at Télecom Paris and obtained a Master of Philosophy degree in Digital Communications Systems. Finally, from 2003 to 2006, Cédric Valade furthered their education at Télecom Paris and earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Signal and Image processing.
