Frédérique Masi is a Regional Director for North Africa at PROPARCO, where they lead financing and investment initiatives across various sectors. They possess 12 years of expertise in financial services, with significant experience in risk assessment, investment, and audit of financial institutions. Previously, Frédérique worked as a Senior Investment Officer at PROPARCO, and a Senior Financial Controller at the Agence Française de Développement, where they managed financial performance and negotiated partnerships. Frédérique began their career at Mazars as a Manager in Audit - Financial Services, overseeing audit missions and managing teams. They studied Finance and Accounting at The University of Dallas and hold a Master’s degree in Finance from Reims Management School.
