Nicolas Brulé is an experienced investment officer specializing in infrastructure finance, currently serving as Chargé d'affaires at Proparco since April 2022, focusing on project finance across various sectors including transport, water and sanitation, biomass, waste, and mines in regions such as Africa, South America, and Asia. Prior to this role, Nicolas held positions at Proparco as an investment officer for North African countries, as well as an analyst in structured finance within the energy and infrastructure division.
