Violette Cubier

Violette Cubier is a seasoned professional in investment management and technical assistance, currently serving as a Senior Investment Officer for Financial Institutions & Inclusion at Proparco since April 2023. Prior to this role, Violette was the Manager of Technical Assistance at Fondation GCA - Grameen Crédit Agricole, overseeing a team and managing programs focused on client due diligence and consultant selection from November 2016 to March 2023. Violette's experience also includes managing microfinance investments at ABC Microfinance - Babyloan, where leadership responsibilities extended to a team and a diverse portfolio across various regions. Violette's career began with analytical roles in microfinance and included international training with the Pan American Development Foundation.
