Johan Kitching

Johan Kitching has a diverse work experience in web development and IT roles. Johan started their career in 2002 at @LANTIC INTERNET, where they worked on telephone support and later transitioned to web design using PHP and MySQL. Johan then joined GLOBEX INTERNET in 2004 as a web designer, where they expanded their skills by writing content managers and small scripts. In 2005, Johan joined Crest Business Solutions as a web designer, working on building websites and handling HTML clients. At HOUSE OF ACCOUNTING in 2008, they focused on converting an online accounting program and gained knowledge in MySQL and PHP. Johan also worked at DESIGNER PAGE in 2008, developing an internal PHP program to manage jobs and workers. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at CREST BUSINESS SOLUTIONS as a web developer, taking on additional responsibilities such as quoting, invoicing, and client communication. Johan joined QUICKSHIFT MARKETING in 2015 as a web developer, where they developed an online car site. Johan then worked at Mamashela consulting from 2016 to 2018 as an Operations Manager, gaining experience in web development, network maintenance, and day-to-day operations. Most recently, Johan joined BCX in 2018 as a Web Developer. In 2022, they moved to Propay (Pty) Ltd in the same role as a Web Developer.
