Sally Poon

Sally Poon has over 20 years of work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of Business Development (Asia Pacific) at Propcap Technologies Limited since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at Alpine Capital Limited from June 2018. From October 2007 to May 2018, Sally was a Business Development Manager at Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited.

Before joining Pacific Century, Sally held the position of Senior Economist at EDAW from September 2006 to August 2007. In this role, they conducted financial modeling, feasibility assessments, and managed project teams. Sally was also responsible for identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients. Sally achieved notable accomplishments, such as managing a mixed-use development project with an estimated investment of US$400 million, and establishing a long-term business relationship with the President of an investment bank in Korea.

Sally's career began as an Associate Director of Business Development at Asian Information Resources Holdings Ltd. There, they led financial modeling and analysis, performed investment appraisals, and developed business plans. Sally successfully negotiated the establishment of a property fund with an initial size of US$50 million.
