Peter Bird

Peter Bird is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Co-Founder of PropFolio since November 2017. Under Peter Bird's leadership, PropFolio has developed a data-driven tool that aids real estate landlords and asset managers in portfolio management and reporting. Prior to this venture, Peter Bird worked as a Planner at JLL from April 2015 to November 2017. Peter Bird holds a Master's Degree in Town Planning and Real Estate from The University of Manchester, obtained in 2015, and completed education at Berkhamsted School from 2003 to 2010. Notably, PropFolio has secured seed investment from Pi Labs, recognized as Europe's first PropTech Venture Capital firm.
