Propel is the career platform and recruiting partner for jobseekers and high-growth startups.

Nearly 70% of jobs today are landed through networking — but for most candidates, the process is awkward, time-consuming, and hard to track. Propel makes it effortless.

Our platform helps jobseekers:

Identify the right people to connect with at target companies

Generate tailored outreach messages that get replies

Stay on top of follow-ups without dropping the ball

Candidates who network consistently with Propel land 2x more interviews.

In addition to the platform, Propel also works directly with high-growth tech companies, leading searches for GTM, operations, and other non-technical leadership roles.

Propel was founded by Saif Islam, who began his career at McKinsey and later scaled commercial teams at WHOOP and Superhuman. Having hired and built teams himself, and coached dozens of operators through career transitions, Saif launched Propel to bring those insights and networks to scale.
