Aaron C. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aaron started their career as a High School Social Studies Teacher at Sweet Home High School, where they taught classes such as Modern World History and U.S. History. Aaron then moved on to work as a Graduate Assistant Football Coach at the University of La Verne and later as an Assistant Football Coach at Pacific University, where they specialized in coaching Wide Receivers and coordinating Special Teams.

Afterward, Aaron transitioned into the role of an Assistant Football Coach at Claremont McKenna College, where they not only coached Wide Receivers but also managed various responsibilities such as recruiting student-athletes, collaborating on design and video projects, and handling travel and meal planning. Aaron also implemented an academic monitoring program and assisted with office tasks.

Continuing their career path, Aaron took on the role of an Admission Counselor at Drake University, where they managed recruiting efforts in specific territories, attended college fairs and high school visits, liaised with the Athletic Department, and played a role in developing a data-driven process for evaluating recruitment progress. Aaron later became the Associate Director for Graduate Admission, working with different graduate colleges and schools to coordinate recruitment efforts and identify inefficiencies.

Aaron then transitioned to the tech industry, working as a Customer Success Manager at Egnyte, Signavio, and Propel. In these roles, they focused on ensuring the success of enterprise-level accounts in deploying and adopting the respective platforms. Aaron collaborated with internal teams and worked on initiatives to improve deployment and adoption for their customers.

Aaron C. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History Teacher Education from Whitworth University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne, attending from 2007 to 2009. In August 2013, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from SixSigma.us.
