Scott Andersen

Scott Andersen is the Principal of finLawyer.com - Andersen, P.C., a law firm specializing in SEC and FINRA defense, providing counsel and representation for clients facing securities enforcement actions since February 2015. Concurrently, Andersen serves as an Adjunct Professor at Albany Law School, focusing on securities fraud and financial crimes, including SEC civil enforcement and criminal prosecution.
