Sid Vanchinathan

Sid Vanchinathan is the Founding Partner and COO at Propelland, a position they have held since August 2010. Sid has over 12 years of experience in industrial design and engineering, and has worked with clients in India, the Middle East, and the United States. Prior to joining Propelland, Sid was a Senior Industrial Designer at ergoform consulting private limited from August 2008 to August 2010. In this role, they were responsible for conceptualizing experiences and creating prototypes for street furniture, retail spaces, and automotive accessories. Sid also worked as a Software Engineer at Cisco from January 2008 to August 2008, where they developed a skeuomorphic interface to control high performance router systems. In addition, Sid has also worked as a Strategic Designer & Engineer at ergoform consulting private limited from May 2008 to August 2012, and as Co Founder & VP User Experience & Design at Locomi from August 2007 to December 2009.

Sid Vanchinathan has a MS in Industrial Design from ArtCenter College of Design and a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. Sid also went to La Martiniere in Calcutta and Frank Anthony Public School.
