Shagun Kedia is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, fund operations, treasury, and taxation. Currently serving as the Group Financial Controller at Propelld, Shagun has previously held roles such as Head of Finance at Chaitanya India Fin Credit Pvt Ltd and Senior Manager at Capital India Finance Limited. With expertise in financial services environments, Shagun has successfully managed audits, led cross-functional teams, and ensured compliance with GAAP/Ind AS while providing insight to stakeholders. Shagun began their career as an Article Assistant at Kalani & Co. and holds a degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
