David Woltze

David Woltze is the managing director of Silicon Valley at Propeller. David has previously worked as a people manager at IBM and as revision management at IHS Markit. David is responsible for the requirements gathering and user acceptance testing of customer facing material, including direct mail, email, web content, and consumer portal messaging. David has also managed vendor relationships, led teams through the software development life cycle, and been responsible for financial and strategic planning.

David Woltze has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Portland State University. David also has a certification from Prosci in Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP). Additionally, they have a certification from IBM in Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner and a certification from Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master.
